Hello, I sent a message to the support email asking them to delete what I said. Thanks.
Is there a guide for new people on how to create pages? I created a page that doesn't look amazing, but it took a while. I feel like I'm missing some easier way.
Hello!
PBC has very strict policies regarding the content that is published in the mainspace. The core principles are outlined in our Manual of Style (PBC:MOS). This is the primary guide covering the basic elements that every article must have, how the lede (the opening section) should look, how elements should be placed, and so on.
While the policies are strict, they lead to a high level of standardization. If you look at the articles in this category, Category:Good_articles, you will notice that they all differ from each other only in content, with very few exceptions (usually older articles that are candidates for a rewrite). Once you understand how a typical article is structured, you will be able to write new ones easily and avoid mistakes.
What should you do?
If you are new, we recommend not publishing articles directly into the mainspace, which is protected by content policies. Instead, you can freely practice in the Draft namespace, which is not moderated. When you feel that your article is ready for publication, please ask one of the administrators or bureaucrats to review it.
Also, please take the time to carefully read our other policies, such as PBC:Images and PBC:File names.
A key point from PBC:Images: Do not upload low-quality or low-resolution images. If you do not have high-quality materials to illustrate an article, the best solution is to not upload any images at all. Please also follow the limits specified in the policy.
In summary, writing an article for PBC can be very simple once you understand how standardized the process is.
Are you responding to me? Is there a template or something?
Hey there, checking in again to see if you saw my initial message. Is there an easier way than manually creating everything? I've looked at the guides you've sent but it seems like there's not a template page you can start with. Is that accurate?
The easiest way to create an article on PBC without having to fully master the Manual of Style is by using PBD. PBD is the central repository of structured data that PBC can pull from to automatically generate certain elements of an article, such as the Biobox, the opening section, and a few other details. Editing PBD is generally much simpler, since you are working with structured data rather than full article text - though it still requires some understanding of how structured data works, and it has its own nuances.
That said, even when using PBD, you will still need to manually fill in the career template, which is mandatory for every performer article. There isn’t a "magic button" that creates a complete article for you.
It’s also important to note that creating articles on PBC is not about mass-producing pages or filling gaps just for the sake of it. Articles exist to provide high-quality, standardized content, and writing them is entirely a volunteer activity - nobody is required to do it. If you find that working with the standardized markup is too much, that’s completely fine: simply reading and using PBC is absolutely free and does not require you to contribute.

Hi @PeaceDeadC, can you change category name and image file from Remo Savino into Savino Black please? Thanks
Hello, PBC was not accessible in the past week. Hopefully the issue has been fixed. I was worried of PBC restricting VPNs (like previously for Tor) or worse, RosKomNazdor restricting PBC. Please enable VPNs for PBD Database, because I cannot edit 'Statements' there (but it's possible with Tor). Have a good evening.
Hello, We’ve recently been moving our infrastructure to a new data center that has been under construction for the past two years. Since we own and operate our own facilities (rather than renting from hosting providers), the physical relocation inevitably caused some temporary downtime. This was a minor inconvenience, but the benefits of running on our own computing resources far outweigh it. We have no plans to restrict VPN usage in any way. Tor is the only exception, and that restriction is global (including on Wikipedia). The reason is purely technical — Tor networks are often used for attacks on wiki-like sites due to the way the technology works. Even so, this restriction only affects editing, not access to the site itself.
Thanks for the reply and congratulations. I've found out that the issue with editing PBD was due to my NoScript module.
Hi @PeaceDeadC, I have a problem with image size of some future article is not eligible for this site. Should I upload them or not?
If you could give me more details about the problem, I’d be able to help you better. Unfortunately, I’m not a mind reader, so I can’t anticipate the specifics of your issue. PBC does have several restrictions related to image size, but it’s not clear which one might be preventing you from uploading your images. There are also technical limits on “image size” if you mean file size, but I highly doubt your files exceed 16Gb.
It's 460 × 613 maybe not eligible for this site and hard to find a better resolution
In theory, exceptions to the PBC:MSIZE policy are possible in certain cases. For example, with images from the 1990s–2000s (such as works by KristenBjorn or Colt Studios), some pictures were never released by the studios in higher resolution, yet they are considered classics of gay pornography. If these are the only available images of a model and the article cannot be illustrated otherwise, then an exception may be granted.
In all other situations, however, the PBC:MSIZE policy clearly sets minimum requirements: any image where the smaller side is below 500px is not eligible for upload.
Hi @PeaceDeadC, can you rename category name from "Adam Kubatzke" to "Adam X Lee" please? Thank you
Want to delete a profile while is with my name and my photos connected with all my socile media profile pages plz help me , my name is Syed Mahaboob Ali
Hi, I created the page for model Will Iden back in early June but I see that it was put on draft mode almost immediately. Is this only because I did not follow the picture naming rules? If yes, then I apologize; now I read the instructions and I understand that I must explicitly name the model in the pic titles. Apart from this aspect, is there something else I need to amend/revise so that the article may be final? Thanks!
Hi,
PBC has very strict quality criteria that govern how articles are structured and presented. These are outlined in PBC:Manual of Style (MOS), which standardizes the approach to writing articles. In most cases, the structure for new PBC articles is uniform, and once you become familiar with the basics, it's actually quite difficult to go wrong.
For example, if you're unsure about formatting, you can look at entries listed under Category:Good_articles they tend to follow a very consistent structure, which you’re welcome to use as a template.
As for the images, the requirements are detailed in PBC:Images, which covers not just naming conventions but also overall image quality and how illustrations should support the article content. These image guidelines are tightly integrated with the Manual of Style and other content policies that govern the mainspace.
All these policies are designed to work together as a consistent system, so once you're familiar with the core principles, you'll find the rules logical and predictable.
thanks, got it
