1. Add birth name (P5).
2. In the block created for the birth name (P5), click on +add reference.
3. Add reference URL (P35) and input the link: http://volusiamug.vcgov.org/Details.aspx?InmateRID=417523.
4. Add retrieved (P17) and input today's date. Then, click Save.

This way, you’ll correctly add the real name along with a reliable source to verify it.
