I think the draft Tom Katt is ready to be moved to the main space. Otherwise, tell me what to edit.

Hi,

The Gay Pornography section needs to be a complete and exhaustive list of all studios that appear in the major indexers (GEVI and IAFD). This is a mandatory requirement for every new professional pornographic actor article. A few important notes on this section:

  • We're looking specifically for studios, not distributors.
  • Compilations can be ignored.
  • GEVI is preferred when building the list, since it usually shows both the studio and distributor, which makes the process much cleaner and faster.

I've added the ones included in PBC's list, which are not all of them. Should I give you a list of the rest of studios so they can be incorporated?

The studio dictionary behind Template:GayPornographicCareerList is a very large but scalable database, and properly filling out the list is a separate task when creating articles, especially for performers with big filmographies.

Best way forward:

Just go ahead and add the remaining studios directly into the list in the article. The template will automatically highlight which ones are still missing or unrecognized.

A couple of quick reminders:

  • Add only the actual studios (the production companies), not distributors.
  • Double-check against the categories By website and By studio if you're unsure about any entries.

If you run into any questions or get stuck, feel free to ping me.

Just added all of them, including missing ones. As far as I'm aware, the dictionary can only be edited by whitelisted users.
