Website down for a week?

Hello, PBC was not accessible in the past week. Hopefully the issue has been fixed. I was worried of PBC restricting VPNs (like previously for Tor) or worse, RosKomNazdor restricting PBC. Please enable VPNs for PBD Database, because I cannot edit 'Statements' there (but it's possible with Tor). Have a good evening.

Hello, We’ve recently been moving our infrastructure to a new data center that has been under construction for the past two years. Since we own and operate our own facilities (rather than renting from hosting providers), the physical relocation inevitably caused some temporary downtime. This was a minor inconvenience, but the benefits of running on our own computing resources far outweigh it. We have no plans to restrict VPN usage in any way. Tor is the only exception, and that restriction is global (including on Wikipedia). The reason is purely technical — Tor networks are often used for attacks on wiki-like sites due to the way the technology works. Even so, this restriction only affects editing, not access to the site itself.

Thanks for the reply and congratulations. I've found out that the issue with editing PBD was due to my NoScript module.
