There are many other issues in the article. Right now I don't have time to fix the draft, but I'll do that later. To avoid moving articles into the draft space I recommend creating a PBD item first. If you do not want to use PBD wait until the administrator edits the article correctly so that it meets the criteria for the mainspace.
