Since only users with permission to edit fully protected pages see that editnotice, a hack to MediaWiki:Titleprotected detects Enter your new article name here and transcludes the editnotice. • The wizard was housed at PBC:Article wizard2.0 because of the old wizard at PBC:Article wizard
  • And was then moved to PBC:Article wizard 2.0.
    • And then it was moved to PBC:Article wizard; the old wizard now resides at PBC:Article wizard/old.
