If you have already created the draft and want to submit for review you can add {{subst:submit}}

Your article will first be created as a draft stored in Articles for creation. When you finish, you'll be able to submit it to be reviewed by our volunteers. After a successful review, it will be moved to the article namespace. |

If you are a registered user, you may create your article directly in the article namespace. But we strongly recommend that you use Articles for Creation instead: doing so may grant more leeway with respect to various rules/policies/guidelines/best practices. |
