Jason Branch, real name Andrew Nelson Peterson, is a porn star, clinical psychotherapist and mental health therapist.
Born and raised in Chicago, he studied at the University of Illinois, where he graduated in communication and French, subsequently embarked on a master's degree in international relations at the University of Boston, continued his studies in San Francisco and the Sorbonne in Paris. In addition to English, he fluently speaks French, German and some Mandarin. After completing his studies, he began working in a center for prevention and study of AIDS.
He started his career in gay porn industry relatively late, when he was already almost 35 years old - his ex-boyfriend, Blake Harper, sent some of his photos to some studios. He made his debut in 1997, working part-time in pornography while continuing to keep his previous job, which he then left in 1999 and started filming porn full-time.
During his career, Branch took part in over 50 films for the most famous production companies such as Falcon Studios, Raging Stallion and many others, performing as versatile but preferring the top role, and also participating in various fetish and leather films. Branch appeared on the covers of magazines aimed at gay men, such as Honcho, Unzipped and Men Magazine. The latter named him "Man of the Year" in 2003 - the same year when Adult Erotic Gay Video Awards, known in the industry as Grabby, awarded him the Wall of Fame, for his contribution given to the pornography industry.
Branch uses his image for public good, promoting safe sex and participating in campaigns for fight against AIDS. He currently lives in San Francisco.
