Templates that provide or format cross-reference links on PBC pages, to other PBC (or sometimes other WMF sister project) content.
Includes both inline and (in a subcategory) hatnote cross-reference templates.
Includes both unprintworthy self-referential templates (which should also be so categorized) that cross-reference different pages, and printworthy intra-article templates. Check documentation before use.
If the template has a separate documentation page (usually called "Template:template name/doc"), add
[[Template:See also2]]
to the <includeonly> section at the bottom of that page. Otherwise, add
<noinclude>[[Template:See also2]]</noinclude>
to the end of the template code, making sure it starts on the same line as the code's last character.
{{See also2}}, like {{See also}}, allows for a small set of see also information to be added to the head of an article or section. However, {{See also2}} differs from {{See also}} in that the parameters to {{See also2}} are not automatically treated as links. This is particularly useful when the desired link text differs from the name of the articles. In cases where the link text and article names are identical, {{See also}} is more convenient.
