The first thing you have to do is to go to the first line and replace

• #<#includeonly> by <includeonly>. Do not delete the <includeonly>, delete only the # signs!

Go to the bottom and replace

• #<#/includeonly> by </includeonly>. Do not delete the </includeonly>, delete only the # signs!

Save the page.
