To include a shortcut (or shortcuts), pass a parameter: {{Guideline|PBC:SHORT}}

To add a sort key to a guideline, add the parameter: {{Guideline|Sortkey=<sort key name>}}.

Up to five shortcuts can be used, with or without a sortkey: {{Guideline|PBC:SHORT|PBC:SHORT2|PBC:SHORT3|PBC:SHORT4|PBC:SHORT5|Sortkey=<sort key name>}}.

New guidelines require approval

If you're writing a new guideline, or substantially revising one, please remember to give the community significant time to consider your proposal. See PBC:PROPOSAL for the current best practice on advertising proposals.
