This template should be used on articles which need so much cleanup that completely rewriting them may be necessary to comply with PBC's guidelines on style and content.
Usage
To provide a reason for the needed rewrite, use:

To mark a section for rewrite without a reason, use:

This template adds tagged articles to Category:PBC articles needing rewrite.
It should not be subst'd.
